Online Store Return Policy
If your purchase doesn't fit you perfectly, we will gladly let you return your item(s) and we will issue you online store credit.
Before you make a return, your item(s) must meet the following requirements:
-Item(s) must be unworn and free of stains and odors.
-Tags must be intact
-Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for returns.
How you can return your item(s):
-Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of order shipment date (customer will be responsible for the fee of return shipping).

All returns will be issued online store credit only. Please allow 2-3 business days for returned items to be processed. Once your item has been processed, an email will be sent issuing you your online store credit promo code.Returns can be made in person at nilaparthotel boutique during normal business hours. Same rules still apply.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We quality check and take photos of all the items before shipping them out. However, If you receive an item that is damaged please let us know! You must notify nilaparthotel within 3 days of receiving the item at: [email protected].
If it has been more than 3 days, we will not be able to replace the item. If it has been within the 3 day period, we will cover return shipping costs as well as replacing the garment. If we no longer have your item in stock, an online credit promo will be issued.
